Job Title: AI Agent Developer (Commission-Based)
About the Role:
Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and chatbot development? We're looking for a skilled AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team and help create cutting-edge AI Voice Agents and Text-Based Agents. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build customized AI solutions for a diverse range of businesses across industries, working with clients globally. Most of our leads are generated through a well-established personal brand and YouTube channel, giving you the chance to engage with a wide array of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI Agents, including AI Voice Assistants and Text-Based Agents, tailored to client needs. Collaborate with businesses across various industries to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance their operations. Participate in discovery and proposal calls with clients to understand their unique requirements and objectives. Ask insightful questions during client interactions to ensure clarity on project expectations and goals. Work alongside the sales and development teams to create comprehensive proposals and solutions. Maintain a high standard of client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in developing AI agents, voice or text-based, with a solid technical background. Ability to understand diverse business models and industries, and create tailored AI solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients during discovery calls. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously on projects, while being an effective team player. A proactive attitude in identifying client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Compensation will be tied to the sales of premium AI services, offering significant earning potential due to the high-value solutions we deliver.
